COVID-19 OPERATING HOURS

We are here to continue providing our services to you through our drive in facilities and electronically:

  • You can access your account 24 hours a day with our online banking system which offers free transfer between accounts, transfers between accounts that you may have with other financial institutions, and bill payment.
  • You can access your account on the run, pay bills, transfer funds, send money to friends and family through Zelle® and deposit checks electronically through our mobile banking application.
  • You have 24/7 free access to our branch ATMs, NYCE network, and Publix Presto! Network.
  • You can open an account by visiting www.sunstatefl.com.
  • Your account officer is available to assist you telephonically. You may call any of our branches to be transferred to your account officer.

Dear valued Customers and Friends:

I want to personally let you know that the safety of our employees, customers, and the communities we serve is and will always be one of the top priorities of Sunstate Bank. Since the announcement of the COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic, we have been operating under our Pandemic Contingency Plan. Our plan requires that we identify and prioritize essential functions, employees, and resources within the Bank and across our communities. Throughout this period, we have continued to:

  • Monitor the actions by public health and other government authorities, and abide by Miami Dade County mandates for essential businesses
  • Educate employees about safety precautions
  • Communicate and coordinate with critical service providers and suppliers
  • Address specific financial requests and needs of our Customers

As South Florida enters Phase 1, we will continue to take precautionary steps such as keeping ample supplies of disinfecting products, protective masks and gloves available at each office. We are also continuing with enhanced daily cleanings of public areas such as lobby reception, teller stations, rest rooms, and coffee stations. While maintaining our personalized customer service, we encouraged employees and customers to continue to greet each other professionally, but without shaking hands or other contact. We have requested branch personnel to wear masks and comply with other personal protection guidance such as safe-distancing between employees in work areas, restrooms, and employee lounge areas.  Many of our employees continue to work remotely, however we are all available to service our Customers.

We continue to provide our services in all of our lobbies by appointment only, at our drive-in facilities at the Falls and West Miami locations, and 24/7 through our electronic channels:

  • You may visit our drive-in facilities Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM and Saturday (Falls location only) between the hours of 9 AM and 12 Noon.
  • You can access your account 24 hours a day with our online banking system which offers free transfer between your Sunstate Bank accounts, transfers between your Sunstate Bank accounts and accounts that you may have with other financial institutions, and electronic bill payment.
  • You can pay bills, transfer funds, send money to friends and family through Zelle® and deposit checks electronically through our mobile banking application.
  • You have 24/7 free access to our branch ATMs; and you also have free access to any ATM that supports the NYCE or Publix Presto! Networks.
  • You may visit our lobbies between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM by appointment.

We have asked our employees that are experiencing flu-like symptoms to stay home. For the safety of our employees, customers, and vendors, we ask you not to visit us if you are experiencing similar symptoms. All of our lobbies are open by appointment only, however you will be asked to lower your mask at the door so the representative can identify you before opening the door. You will need to reposition your mask over your face before entering the lobby.
