Product Availability & International Access

Products and services may vary by jurisdiction due to regulatory requirements, platform limitations, or client eligibility.
Sunstate may offer services internationally where permitted by applicable law.

Certain clients may have access to alternative investment strategies through third-party managers and investment platforms.

These investments are speculative and involve significant risks, including:

  • Limited liquidity
  • Limited transparency
  • Higher fees
  • Complex structures
  • Potential for total loss of invested capital

Alternative strategies are intended only for sophisticated investors who meet appropriate financial and suitability criteria.
Sunstate does not act as the sponsor, manager, or issuer of any alternative investment product.

Certain clients may access securities-based lending or margin arrangements through Sunstate Bank. These programs involve material risks, including:

  • Forced liquidation without advance notice
  • Maintenance or margin calls requiring additional collateral
  • Amplified market losses
  • Interest rate risk
  • Reduced diversification when collateral is concentrated
  • Potential tax consequences

Clients should review program documentation carefully and understand all obligations and risks before entering into any securities-based lending arrangement.

Endorsements & Testimonials Disclosure

All promoter activity complies with SEC Rule 206(4)-1.

Nature of Endorsements

Promoters may describe their experience with Sunstate or their relationship with the firm. These statements:

  • Reflect individual experiences
  • Do not represent the experience of all clients

Conflicts of Interest

Because promoters may be compensated, they have a financial incentive to provide positive statements. Sunstate reviews promotional content to ensure fairness, balance, and accuracy.

No Guarantee of Results

Endorsements and testimonials do not guarantee investment outcomes. Results will vary based on individual circumstances and market conditions.
